Shipping and Returns

1. Orders
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sunday and National Holidays). After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately in your email. Please note, your tracking number will be updated once FedEx has received the package and it has been successfully processed through their system.

2. Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. Fly Attendant Life Apparel, LLC ships all orders through FedEx. To ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, please make sure your address is entered correctly during check out. Once a package has left our Fly Attendant Life Apparel, LLC Facility and receives a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

3. Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days after order is received (excluding weekends and National Holidays). Returns and exchanges are not processed until we receive the returned item at our facility. For returns or exchanges, email our customer service department and our team will be glad to assist you. Once a return label has been issued, the item(s) must be shipped via FedEx within 14 days (excluding weekends and National Holidays). Items may only be returned or exchanged if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. Full refund will be issued if items are returned within 14 days. Store credit will be issued if items are returned within 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final.

4.  Taxes
Since we are a Texas based business we currently charge 8.25% Texas state sales tax.
